Sales / F&I Installer

General Description

Serve as the initial point of contact for dealers after installation of the software has been completed. Requires independent decision making and ability to focus on detail. DMS installer will help develop a training module and will assist in the implementation and training of dealership personal on the DMS software.

Responsibilities
  • Train personnel in new dealerships and work with Lead installers to ensure setups are completed accurately before the dealership performs its first transaction.
  • Validate the dealerships records from their old system against what has been converted in to the new system to make sure everything has pulled over correctly.
  • Make decisions with regards to the data validation and require little to no daily supervision.
  • Due to the variation of practices within each dealership, individual will need to adapt the dealerships processes while at the same time ensure that they are providing a reasonable resolution so that it does not hinder the dealer’s ability to do their job.
  • Educate dealership Finance and Insurance Managers as needed to ensure the validity of the application, including the ability to modify training modules to meet the requirements of the car dealerships.
  • Work to ensure the implementation of initiatives.
  • Introduction with dealer and forward workbooks to dealers in an appropriate amount of time .
  • Schedule and coordinate the training with Dealer and Transition to Account Management.
  • Work with internal teams (Product Development/Data Team).
Job Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of automotive retail experience.
  • Ability to communicate well with dealership personnel.
  • Ability to make independent decisions.
  • Individual will be required to work independently and schedule their day according to their priorities.
  • General computer knowledge.

Additionally, this role will require someone who is comfortable working in a small, expanding company, and must possess a desire to be entrepreneurial and adaptable to a changing, growing environment.

Responsibilities

The items below contain a checklist of items the Account Manager will be accountable for. Certain items require cooperation from DB department Leads and the account managers in the field.

  • Introduction to Client whereas the Client understands the role of their account manager & expectations are set for both Client & AM
  • Client understands our support structure, how to submit tickets, service level agreement between Client and DB Client Support: this may be offloaded to Client Support Manager
  • AM to Verify tickets are handled appropriately, with appropriate ticket audits to be performed regularly
    • NOTE: This item does not relieve Client Support from their responsibility to timely manage tickets…but does place a stopgap if tickets become unruly and to alert if a problem exists.
    • NOTE: will seek to automate where applicable to provide AM timely information regarding ticket response issues.
  • Develop a calendar for regularly on-site visits:
    • Include budget (and economics behind site visits)
    • Schedule to be approved by Accounts Director / Management, and designed with a combined thought regarding cost/reward.
    • This responsibility does not require every client to have on-site visits, however should have a well thought out plan for regular communication.
  • Reporting to Accounts Director regarding account management activity: can be limited to a simple report with emphasis on Clients having significant issues, bottlenecks completing tasks, and past achievements.

The Network Engineer performs a vital role in the administration, design, and implementation of Information Technology infrastructure. The Network Engineer will be responsible for these areas of expertise for the Dealerbuilt staff and the Dealerbuilt Cloud environment. Responsibilities

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Strong understanding of wide area and local area network technologies: Technologies supported include: DNS, IP, routing, VPN, firewall hardware and software, electronic mail & specific business applications.
  • Configuration of Sonicwall and Cisco Firewalls and VPN Concentrators. Experience with Vyatta Firewalls is also desirable. Design, setup and configure complex switching environments.
  • Design, setup and configure complex wireless networks including support for open or secured access.
  • Experience in a cloud environment, specifically VMWare is desirable.
  • Understanding of multi-server and client-server architectures and software applications.
  • Strong trouble-shooting and problem resolution skills
  • Design, setup and configure voice and video applications.

MANAGEMENT SKILLS:
