The focus of this segment is devoted to highlighting some of the significant enhancements we are making here at DealerBuilt.

We continue to realize a high demand for our product, and feel that has led to our steady growth. With that, we are consistently evaluating the changing landscape in Retail Automotive, in technology advancements and in dealerships themselves.Thus, we are proud to announce the following advancements.

DealerBuilt Dashboard:  We have, and will continue to invest heavily in our DealerBuilt Dashboard hand-in-hand with other Business Intelligence Capabilities.  It’s been a long road to get here, however, we plan to release our next-generation dashboard solution 3rd quarter 2017.  This new technology is the future of our dealer-customized reporting system.

Client Support:  We are currently experimenting with a team-based support system.  This is more than just being able to answer a phone and solve a specific problem. Each dealership will be assigned a specific support team, and that support team will consist of a cross-functional group of support specialists who are all trained and fully capable of handling multiple issues across multiple modules of DealerBuilt.  Our ultimate goal is to improve the consumer experience each time you call your support team.

Cloud-Based Data Center:  Cloud-based computing has been a hot topic and an ever-increasing presence in our world.  DealerBuilt launched a new, cloud-based data center with the latest technology with a secure, highly available, and scalable solution.  We migrated our first client last month. In addition, you will see more current hosted client migrating to the new site this summer. Cloud-based computing will enable us to offer even more services in the future.

And finally…

NEW Texas Location:  We have moved into our new Grapevine, TX location (DFW area). This new Grapevine office will augment our flagship Mason City, IA with additional development staff, marketing efforts, IT infrastructure and more.  In addition, like Mason City, the Grapevine location will include a state-of-the-art facility for us to host clients, vendors, as well as add additional training seminars.  Be on the lookout for the next DealerBuilt BootCamp late summer.

NEW
Grapevine, TX location!

A tremendous amount of effort has gone into this new office location.  From its design that combines an open office concept with ample walled offices, to the furniture selection and color choices, all to make Dallas a destination we can be proud of.

In addition, we have a training facility that will accommodate 25-30 attendees comfortably. Stand-up desks are installed in each open area work environment. And we have a room devoted to productivity and growth, much like Mason City, just for our Development Team. Just imagine the great new releases for LightYear these walls will conceive.

Our newest DealerBuilt office is right in the heart of historic downtown Grapevine.  It puts us within easy walking distance to more than a dozen great restaurants and a few coffee shops, not to mention a very short drive to/from the DFW airport.

Opening this office is just the start of another great chapter in our DealerBuilt history. We are incredibly excited for all the growth we are experiencing, and it would not be possible without such awesome clients & partners like you!

DealerBuilt is happy to announce that our new and improved Instant Messenger system is ready to roll out to you! This Instant Messenger system is built right into the LightYear program so you have everything you need right at your fingertips. Not only are you able to send instant messages to any individual at the dealership and create groups conversations, but it retains message history with search functionality. We took things a step further though and tied the instant messaging system directly into your RO Summary List and Estimating. You can send a message right from an RO or Estimate or review all the conversation history about that RO, right from the ticket.
