Meet Gonzalo, a Customer Support Specialist at DealerBuilt who plays a critical role in delivering timely solutions and support to our clients. While he may not always be on the phone with dealers directly, his work ensures their issues are resolved efficiently, and often, before they even realize there’s a problem.
Solving Problems, Supporting Clients
Gonzalo’s daily mission is clear: keep our client experience running smoothly. He works behind the scenes, but his work directly impacts our customers. From resolving complex support tickets to catching early signs of technical issues through data analysis, his role is all about being proactive, responsive, and precise.

An Unexpected Entry Into the Industry
Gonzalo didn’t start his journey with a background in the auto industry, but he saw an opportunity to work remotely and flexibly, and the role checked all the boxes. What he didn’t expect was how fulfilling it would become to help dealerships succeed through smart, efficient support.
“I wasn’t looking for auto industry experience specifically, but I’ve come to appreciate how meaningful our work is.”
