  • DORA – Access information regarding vehicles planned for delivery to your store(s) and insert vehicle details into Lightyear to create vehicle stock entries
  • Smart VINCENT (VIN Incentive) – Use the VIN to pull a VINCENT Report from within Lightyear to view all current incentive programs – rebates, alternative financing, retail bonus cash, etc. – available to the customer; can also be turned into a report of sale and submitted through the VINCENT interface
  • eContracting – Submit an e-contract directly from Lightyear to RouteOne for deal processing
  • FordDirect – Lightyear integration with Elead enables use of DMS data in conjunction with FordDirect digital sales and marketing solutions
  • CONCEPS Sales Entry – Transmit fleet sales reporting from Lightyear to Ford
  • eREACT – Transmit vehicle sales information to Ford from Lightyear

Parts Interfaces

  • RIM – Enables dealer participation in the Ford RIM program, using a dealer’s parts ordering history to identify best stocking practices and automate the generation and stocking of parts orders in Lightyear DMS
  • Parts Order – Generate parts orders within Lightyear and submit them to Ford
  • Parts Return – Generate parts returns within Lightyear and submit them to Ford
  • Parts Shipper Posting – Enable one-click receipt of daily parts shipment into Lightyear
  • Parts Master – Import monthly Parts Master from Ford and Ford Performance Parts to ensure accuracy of parts pricing data in Lightyear
  • eREACT – Transmit parts sales and inventory information to Ford from Lightyear
  • OEC MyPriceLink (MPL) – Access MPL’s suggested list pricing for collision parts within Lightyear and import MPL quotes
  • Parts Catalog – Lightyear interfaces with most electronic parts catalogs (EPCs), including the Ford Advantage parts catalog, Snap-on, Microcat Live, and others, enabling easy Ford parts additions to counter slips, ROs, parts orders, and estimates

Service Interfaces

  • OASIS – At time of write up or when scheduling a service appointment in Lightyear, retrieve and view service history, campaigns, recalls, warranty coverage, and warranty repair history from Ford
  • OWS (ONE Warranty Solution) – Transmit warranty claims to Ford OWS from Lightyear, as well as view claim status and reconciliation information  
  • Labor Time Guides – Provide accurate time estimates by natively viewing and selecting Ford labor operations on ROs
  • LPS (Lincoln Priority Service) – Lightyear supports Lincoln dealers’ participation in this ops code-driven quick lane program
  • eREACT – Transmit ROs and service appointments from Lightyear to Ford   

Enterprise Accounting Interfaces

  • Financial Statement – Pull data from your general ledger in Lightyear to generate the standard monthly Ford financial statement and upload it to Ford via the Ford BCM mail system
  • Warranty Credits – Enables one-click insertion of received warranty payments to the general journal window in Lightyear to create posting
