COVID-19 Response

DealerBuilt continues to closely monitor developments related to Coronavirus (COVID-19). We follow the guidance provided by the CDC, federal and state guidelines, OSHA, and local public health departments to prevent the spread of COVID-19, as well as continue operating safely and effectively in order to serve our dealer clients and partners.

Protocols That Support Safe & Effective Operations

Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our employees, clients, and partners, as well as the protection of those who are most vulnerable to the coronavirus. To this end, as part of our COVID-19 protocols, we have:

  • Suspended all non-essential business travel until further notice. That said, if it is necessary for a DealerBuilt representative to visit your dealership, our team will work directly with your leadership team to ensure we’re taking appropriate health and safety precautions before arriving, as well as complying with any state or local requirements. 
  • Modified our install processes to enable fully-remote onboarding training and installs where required or preferred.
  • Implemented new virtual training options that enable us to meet our clients’ ongoing training needs remotely.
  • Introduced a temporary, optional work-from-home policy that provides DealerBuilt employees the flexibility to work remotely.
  • Increased the frequency of our office-cleaning regimen and implemented new policies for our staff, including advising all employees to practice good hygiene and physical distancing when on-site in our facilities and advising those who are ill to stay home.

To ensure continuity of support for clients and partners during the COVID-19 pandemic, the DealerBuilt Support team continues to provide assistance through our normal channels.
